So what would it be like? From the moment we meet and connect – I support you. That is my role as your coach. I am supporting you by listening to you (your words, your body language, your expressions, etc.); I am supporting you by asking you questions about actions and feelings; I am supporting you in developing practices and exercises that may take you to your edge, help you develop, and/or explore alternatives ways of doing and being. I don’t follow an agenda – I listen in the present moment so we can create in the present moment.
