Entrepreneurs – Three Key Questions to Ask Yourself at Mid Year

In January, I set some goals for my business.  And like you, I woke up this morning realizing that half the year is over.  As a coach I decided to reflect on my business progress using a tool that I often encourage my clients to use.  So before you head out for a well deserved summer vacation (mid year break), I invite you to reflect on where you are at with your business goals this year.

The model is a simple evergreen model of change management referred to as the Stop-Start-Continue model.  This is an easy way to reflect on all any aspect of your business.  Simply choose an aspect of your business and ask yourself the following questions:

1)    What do I /we need to stop doing in this area to reach the goal?

2)    What do I/we need to start doing in this area to reach the goal?

3)    What do I/we need to continue to do in this area to reach the goal?

Once you explore the questions it is time to take action on what you discover!     I hope you give it a try and that it leads to business success.

I invite you to reach out if you have any questions about how coaching can support you in growing your business or yourself.

Enjoy your mid year review and your mid year break!
